Full of old-fashioned charm, this stylish boutique hotel boasts one of the most picturesque locations in Antigua. With breathtaking views of historic English Harbour, a wonderfully soothing ambience and superb service provided by General Manager, Fabio Giorgi, and his team, this is a very special place where you can’t help but relax and just take life easy.
Location
On a headland at the entrance to English Harbour on the south coast of Antigua, 40 minutes from the airport.
Accommodation
The hotel’s 28 rooms are elegantly furnished and well equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, iPod docking station, mini bar, internet access and private balcony or terrace. The 4 Beach Cabanas are located right on the beach and boast modern bathrooms, marble floors and a furnished terrace with direct access to the beach. The 24 Junior Suites and Deluxe Junior Suites are situated in two-storey buildings around the pool, directly behind the beach. These categories vary in size but all feature polished mahogany floors, large bathrooms and a terrace or balcony with views of the gardens and ocean beyond; the Deluxe Junior Suites have a four poster bed and a more spacious bathroom.
Facilities
The Reef is a casual beach bar/restaurant open daily for breakfast and lunch. There is also the old pub-style Stone Bar and the Terrace Restaurant at the top of the hill, offering fine dining with superb views over the harbour. A complimentary 'on demand' car shuttle runs between the reception area and the beach. Other facilities include an infinity pool, watersports including sailing, snorkelling and kayaks, tennis courts, fitness centre, small spa and a boutique. A daytime water taxi service is provided to Nelson’s Dockyard and complimentary daily green fees are available at the Cedar Valley Golf Course.
Special Information
The hotel will be closed between 1 September - 31 October. Children under 10 yrs are not permitted. All Cabanas and Suites have a shower only, there are no baths.
