Set amidst 52 acres of tropical hillside and with a breathtaking beachfront position, this is a great location for getting the most out of your Virgin Islands holiday. Location
On the west end of Tortola, 30 minutes from Road Town and 45 minutes from Beef Island Airport.


Accommodation
157 Rooms and Villas, all with air-conditioning, TV/DVD player and a balcony or terrace. The Hillside Oceanview Rooms are located on the hillside with distant ocean views; Hillside Oceanview Deluxe Rooms are more spacious and have a large covered deck. Poolside Oceanview Deluxe Rooms are conveniently located close to the main facilities and swimming pool. Beachfront Cabanas and the highly recommended Beachfront Deluxe Rooms sit just yards from the beach; Beachfront Deluxe Rooms are more spacious and have a large balcony or terrace. Families or small groups will appreciate the well appointed Two and Three Bedroom Hillside Villas and Estate Homes, fully equipped with outdoor barbecue facilities as well as spacious living areas.

Facilities
There are two restaurants - the casual, al fresco 1748 (part of an 18th Century sugar mill located close to the beach) and, above it, the charming Pasta House serving traditional Italian cuisine; snacks are also available by the pool. Other facilities include a swimming pool with panoramic sun terraces and swim-up bar, non-motorised watersports and dive shop, 2 floodlit tennis courts, spa, fitness room and shops including a deli and convenience store.

Special Information
Children under 12 yrs are not permitted in the Beachfront Cabanas, Hillside Oceanview or Hillside Oceanview Deluxe Rooms.

Prices / 7 nights from £1,320 per person in low season and £1,475 in high season, based on 2 adults sharing a Hillside Oceanview Room on Room Only, including return scheduled flights, private transfers and use of a private lounge at Gatwick. (Breakfast £16 per day; Half Board £56 per day).
