Peter Island, British Virgin Islands

Let one of our specialists create your dream holiday at Peter Island. Call 020 3131 0169

This is about as luxurious as you can get on the Virgin Islands. Peter Island is totally devoted to spoiling you so why not just give in and revel in the beautiful location, superb cuisine, excellent facilities, outstanding spa and attentive service which make this resort so very special. The hotel is set on its own 1,800 acre island and there are five beautiful white sand beaches for you to explore.

Location
On a private island, 20 minutes by boat from Trellis Bay dock on Beef Island, Tortola.

Accommodation
52 rooms and junior suites, all air-conditioned with ceiling fans, king size bed, CD player, fridge, coffee maker and a balcony or terrace. The Ocean View Rooms are close to the pool, marina and restaurant and overlook the gardens and ocean beyond. We particularly recommend the beautifully appointed Beachfront Junior Suites which are more spacious and are located along the north western end of Deadman’s Bay Beach, a short walk from the main hotel facilities. Perched on a hillside, the three bedroom Hawk’s Nest and the four bedroom Crow’s Nest Villas have both been recently refurbished and the contemporary six bedroom Falcon’s Nest Villa is just sensational.

Facilities
Tradewinds restaurant, Drake’s Channel lounge for cocktails and the more casual Deadman’s Bay Beach Bar and Grill offering truly superb seafood and stone-oven fired pizzas. There is a large swimming pool, 4 tennis courts, fitness room, mountain bikes, dive shop and complimentary non-motorised watersports including windsurfing, sailing and snorkelling. Transportation to remote beaches elsewhere on Peter Island is also provided. The spa is perfectly situated on beautiful Big Reef Bay and is one of the finest in the region, offering comprehensive facilities including 12 treatment rooms, steam rooms, juice bar and its own pool.

Dining Options
Room Only / Half Board / Full Board (A beverage plan can also be added to any stay, including unlimited soft drinks, housewines by the glass, beers and spirits).

Prices / 7 nights from £1,595 per person in low season and £2,645 in high season, based
on 2 adults sharing an Ocean View Room on Room Only, including return scheduled flights,
transfers and use of a lounge at Gatwick. (Half Board £73 per day; Full Board £107 per day;
Beverage Plan £65 per day).

What you need to know

• A beautiful private island with mesmerising beaches, excellent cuisine and a host of activities - the Caribbean just doesn’t get much better than this

• It’s best not to ask how Deadman’s Bay got its name - suffice it to say, the BVI’s buccaneering past is long gone and these days Deadman’s Bay Beach is rated as one of the world’s most romantic

• The Peter Island Dive Shop organises snorkelling trips to some of the best reefs in the BVI - The Indians in Tortola and The Caves at Norman Island are particularly impressive

• Enjoy the seclusion and romance of Peter Island with a picnic on a deserted beach, a couple’s spa treatment or a private catamaran trip
