Accommodation
The small ships differ in size but each offers sumptuous, all-suite, ocean view accommodation. Each suite is elegantly appointed and features a queen size or twin beds, marble bathroom with full-sized bath and shower, a small sitting area, walk-in wardrobe, flat screen satellite TV, iPod docking station, a personalised mini bar and butler service. Veranda Suites also have a private teak veranda, allowing you to watch the gentle approach of your next port of call. For additional space, the Silver Suites feature a separate living and dining area, while the Grand, Royal and Owner’s Suites offer apartment style accommodation with spacious living area and upgraded amenities.
Facilities
The wonderful cuisine is enhanced by an open seating policy that allows you to choose when and where you wish to dine. The Restaurant serves contemporary international cuisine as well as signature dishes created exclusively for Silversea, in partnership with Relais & Châteaux. For regionally inspired dishes an extraordinary six course tasting menu can be experienced at Le Champagne; enjoy a more casual ambience with Hot Rock Dining under the stars, or La Terrazza offers superb Italian fare. For the ultimate indulgence why not take advantage of the complimentary in-suite dining and enjoy a private dinner served by your butler.
All ships offer a wide range of activities, from barbecues and entertainment on deck, to talks from noted historians, authors and regional experts, providing an insight into the islands you’ll be journeying through. There is also the Show Lounge and the Panorama Lounge for live music. On board you’re free to do as much or as little as you like. Choose to simply relax by the pool, or be pampered in the spa with an invigorating massage, steam bath or sauna. Of course the impressive service also extends to the escorted shore experiences that range from mangrove kayaking in Bonaire to a helicopter flight over Montserrat.
Special Information
Silversea cruises are not recommended for children under 12 yrs. Black tie is required on formal evenings. At the end of your cruise, guests should plan to disembark by 8.30am. We will be pleased to assist with your arrangements for the rest of the day and can arrange use of a day room at a nearby hotel should you be flying home that evening. Smoking on board is permitted only in designated areas, in some bars and lounges and in certain areas on deck.
