This laid-back boutique hotel will beguile you with its wonderfully hip Caribbean atmosphere. With a cliff-top infinity pool that literally seems to be out of this world and a stunning natural setting, Rockhouse is a gorgeous hideaway resort. Set across the cliffs at Pristine Cove in Negril, 34 air-conditioned rooms and thatched-roof villas are interspersed amongst beautiful tropical gardens and private sunbathing decks. There's a lovely eight room garden spa which offers a range of soothing treatments in cliff-edge cabins. Or take the ladders and stairs carved into the rock down to the inviting water to enjoy great swimming and snorkelling. 9 Standard Rooms, 5 Studio Rooms, 12 Villas and 8 Premium Villas, built from timber and stone, are designed to exist in harmony with the jungle-like garden and volcanic rock of the hotel's eight acres. All rooms have air-conditioning, a four poster queen size bed with mosquito netting, a fully stocked mini bar and a private furnished balcony or terrace area. Standard Rooms have garden views, Studio Rooms have water views and private, enclosed, outdoor showers. We highly recommend upgrading to the Villas or the recently added Premium Villas; The Villas are individual thatched-roof cottages with cliff-top locations so you're directly over the crystal-clear water and include a wrap around private terrace, and with impressive views, the larger Premium Villas face due west and boast the best position to experience the spectacular Negril sunset.

3 cliff-side restaurants; the Pool Grill & Bar is open for lunch, the Rockhouse Restaurant & Bar features New Jamaican Cuisine (a modern interpretation of traditional Jamaican cooking) whilst the newest addition Pushcart Restaurant & Rum Bar provides an opportunity to taste authentic Jamaican home cooking and sample some of the best rums in the region. The Spa features cliff-edge treatment cabanas plus a new organic Spa Pavillion and only uses products made from local natural ingredients. Daily yoga classes are held at the Yoga Pavillion and when you've enjoyed a swim in Sixty-foot horizon swimming pool, try snorkelling in the crystal-clear waters around the cliffs.
