Strawberry Hill is on the site of an original coffee plantation dating back to 1780 and is cooled by the Blue Mountain breezes. Perched on a stand-alone mountaintop 3,000 ft up in the Blue Mountains, within an hour's drive of Kingston airport.

12 Georgian-style cottages comprising of One Bedrooms, Studios and Villas, thoughtfully located on the lower slope which enables complete privacy; each furnished with hand-carved antiques, mahogany four poster beds and elegant bathrooms featuring deep-set bathtubs.

The Island Outpost group supports a wide range of community and environmental projects. The hotels are also actively involved in growing their own food, with much of their produce coming from the Island Outpost organic farm at Pantrepant.
