As you touch down on the exclusive island of Mustique, the wonderful staff at Cotton House will already have arranged for you to be greeted with iced water and a chilled towel. Such is the exquisite service that will help to make your stay here so special. Once an 18th Century stone and coral warehouse, Cotton House has been transformed into a truly contemporary haven of good taste and informal style. You can choose from two beautiful beaches and you’ll be treated to one of the most impressive spas in the region, as well as wonderful cuisine.

Location
On the tiny island of Mustique, a 40 minute flight from Barbados.

Accommodation
17 elegantly furnished Rooms and Suites scattered throughout the estate, 11 of which boast private plunge pools. All are air-conditioned with ceiling fan, flat screen TV, CD/DVD player, iPod docking station, mini bar, complimentary wireless internet, espresso machine and a private balcony or terrace. Fabrics and colours are muted and there are some lovely touches such as scented candles and a pillow menu. There are three charming, private Cottages located next to the pool; Superior Rooms and Suites are on an upper floor and feature an elegant sitting room and balcony with garden or sea views; Deluxe Rooms and Suites are located on the ground floor and have private plunge pools. The split-level Duplex Suites are on the hilltop with private plunge pools and distant ocean views. The Cotton Hill Residence is a two bedroom villa with private pool and butler service, offering the ultimate in privacy and seclusion.

Facilities
Breakfast and dinner are served at the elegant Veranda Restaurant and the Beach Café on the water’s edge is perfect for more casual, al fresco dining during the day. The colonial Great Room bar provides a relaxing setting for a pre-dinner cocktail or afternoon tea on the verandah overlooking the lily pond. Drinks, refreshing sorbets, chilled towels and cold water are served on the beach and pool deck. There is a large swimming pool, tennis courts, fully equipped fitness centre, dive shop and a selection of complimentary non-motorised watersports including sailing, snorkelling, kayaks and pedal boats. The impressive spa offers treatments by ESPA and Sundari as well as delightful relaxation areas.
