Petit St. Vincent, St Vincent & The Grenadines

Let one of our specialists create your dream holiday at Petit St. Vincent. Call 020 3131 0169

At the southern tip of the Grenadines lies a tiny private island that is one of the Caribbean’s best kept secrets, a verdant tropical paradise that dares you to disconnect from the world and enjoy the simple pleasures of life in the slow lane. The luxurious cottages are scattered around the island for maximum privacy, the food is to die for and the staff are attentive but never intrusive. Spend a little time here and you’ll soon discover that Petit St Vincent is small, but perfectly formed.

Location
On a private island, accessed by air from Barbados to Union Island, followed by a 20 minute boat ride to the resort.

Accommodation
The 22 beautiful cottages, built from locally sourced stone and wood, are spread out around the island’s hills, cliffs and beaches. Recently renovated, all are decorated to a very high standard with stylish teak and driftwood furniture. One Bedroom Cottages have a separate living area and brand new bathroom with shower, while the beachfront Two Bedroom Cottages have a large open air living and dining area, spacious sundeck overlooking the beach and a second bathroom. With a real emphasis on escaping the trappings of modern life, there are no TVs, phones or
internet in the rooms. However, you are not completely without creature comforts; all cottages are air-conditioned, with mini bar, coffee machine, iPod docking station, and if you really must check your emails there is wireless internet access available at reception.

Facilities
The cuisine at the main restaurant is exceptional, with an emphasis on locally caught or grown ingredients. There is also an excellent wine cellar at the adjacent bar. The new beach restaurant and bar is the perfect place to enjoy cocktails and casual dining with your feet in the sand, while the west end beach plays host to a weekly barbecue that simply should not be missed. The chefs can also prepare a picnic for you to enjoy in the location of your choice, whether on Petit St Vincent itself or on a neighbouring deserted island. Other facilities include a hillside spa with 4 open air treatment rooms, yoga pavilion, tennis court and non-motorised watersports including
sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and snorkelling. The resort can also arrange excursions to the stunning Tobago Cays, or organise a round of golf on one of the nearby islands.

Special Information
The hotel will be closed between 1 September - 31 October.
