Just seven rooms, suites and penthouses set between two wings on either side of the restaurant. Décor is classic with shades of white, grey and blue. Elegant furnishings include terraces with dining and coffee tables and cushioned loungers.

The superb Lone Star Restaurant offers changing menus of European cuisine influenced by Caribbean flavours; the wood fire pizzas are a popular choice!
