The 29 individually-designed ‘Sanctuaries’ come in five luxurious categories - Sky, Star, Moon, Sun and Galaxy - varying in size from 1,400 to over 2,000 sq ft. Each boasts high ceilings, hardwood flooring, fine tropical wood furniture, an open-plan bathroom with double whirlpool bath and rain shower, superb modern facilities including complimentary WiFi and all, with the exception of Sky Sanctuaries, have a private infinity pool. All Sanctuaries have their fourth wall open to the panoramic views whilst still providing complete privacy, and each comes with a ‘Majordomo’ to cater to your every need. 

Restaurants include the exclusive Jade Mountain Club as well as Anse Chastanet’s Treehouse Restaurant for fine Caribbean dining, Emerald’s vegan option, and Trou au Diable on the beach which offers an Indian fusion menu and casual beach grills. Wherever you choose to eat, the focus is on fresh, organic produce, much of which is grown locally at the resort’s own farm in the Soufrière hills.

With access to all of the facilities of sister resort, Anse Chastanet, there are plenty of activities available here, including, sailing, ocean kayaking, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, snorkelling, hiking trails and jungle biking. For those just wanting to relax, the resort offers two beaches and the beautiful Kai en Ciel Spa which provides a wide range of classical, Ayurvedic and holistic treatments in a stunning hilltop setting with views of the Pitons and sea. Sunrise yoga is offered on the Celestial Terrace and there is also a small fitness centre and boutique. The hotel’s unique Chocolate Laboratory gives guests the opportunity to make their own chocolate from cocoa pods that are grown on the resort’s organic farm. 

Children under 16 yrs are not permitted. Due to the hillside location, Jade Mountain is unsuitable for guests with walking difficulties. There are no TVs, radios or telephones in the rooms - guests are given a mobile phone at check in and can contact the service team at any time.
