This family home features 37 air-conditioned rooms, suites, beach houses and ultraluxe villas, all individually and immaculately decorated with flair and style. Dining at Eden Rock is a world-class affair and the resort’s laid-back beachfront restaurant, The Sand Bar with Jean-Georges, serves sensational international cuisine, complemented by views over the Caribbean Sea and the coral reefs beyond. The Sand Bar is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and is great for a relaxed but stylish meal. Named after the hotel’s original owners to honour the founders pioneering spirit, Rémy Room and Bar offers bold cocktail creations with luscious bites. The new ER Beach Bar is located directly on the beach, with a fabulous new sundeck and views towards the iconic ERock Raft.
