Airport Transfer

A 50-minute by domestic flight and 45-minute by speed boat to and from the resort.

Accommodation

All 84 Beach Bungalows, Water Villas, One and Two Bedroom Suites and the Three Bedroom Royal Residence are furnished in natural tones with accents of turquoise, and each features a private pool. Beach Bungalows are a generous size with a light and airy bedroom combined with a comfortable indoor seating area. Step out to a furnished deck leading straight onto the beach and find your own shaded cabana. Bathrooms are partially open with double vanities, shower and bath, and open to a private courtyard with outdoor shower, plunge pool and sun loungers. Water Villas can be sunrise or sunset view and include an indoor bathroom and outdoor sundeck with infinity plunge pool looking out over the ocean. One Bedroom Beach Suites offer additional space and include a separate living room, rain shower, Jacuzzi bath and private plunge pool, while for larger families the Two Bedroom Grand Water Suite, Royal Island Suite and Three Bedroom Royal Residence are ideal.

Restaurants And Bars

The seven restaurants and bars include Kakuni, the main buffet restaurant, offering a broad range of local and international cuisine, and Ocean Grill, the romantic beach restaurant, specialising in fresh meat and seafood. White Orchid is JA’s signature Asian fusion restaurant, where you can sample delicious flavours from Thailand, China and Japan. Andiamo Bistro and Infinity Bar, each located next to one of the resort pools, offer a more laid-back vibe; Andiamo serves a menu of pizza and pasta for lunch and dinner, while Infinity Bar has a selection of gourmet sandwiches, salads, snacks and deserts for lunch only. Located eight ft below sea level, the award-winning Cellar offers an atmospheric fine dining experience, coupled with an impressive selection of fine wines from around the globe.

There is also a PADI dive centre, a tennis court and two gorgeous swimming pools - one ocean view infinity pool and a beautiful lagoon style pool. A haven of relaxation, the Calm Spa and Salon offers Maldivian inspired treatments fused with Ayurveda and aromatherapy, and the dedicated fitness and wellness centre is on hand to ensure that both your mind and body are in good shape. All guests receive complimentary fat bikes to explore the island and a host of facilities for children includes CoolZone Kids’ Club (3-12 yrs), with its own pool and playground, and ChillZone which features a pool table, table tennis, video games and outdoor activities.
