496 air-conditioned junior suites and suites, all with furnished balcony or terrace, cable TV, iPod docking station and a daily refreshed mini bar. Deluxe Tropical View Junior Suites are located in the gardens whilst Deluxe Ocean Front Junior Suites offer stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and have a Jacuzzi on the balcony. We recommend upgrading to Preferred Club accommodation for additional amenities including complimentary wireless internet access, use of a private adult-only swimming pool and the Preferred Club Lounge, where continental breakfast and afternoon hors d'oeuvres are served daily.
The Market Café is the main buffet restaurant, open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also 6 excellent à la carte options serving a wide range of cuisine, including Mexican, Asian and Mediterranean. 5 bars include a night club, a swim-up bar and 2 more exclusively for Preferred Club guests.

Facilities include 4 swimming pools, a fitness centre, a fabulous Pevonia spa, tennis courts, an indoor theatre and non-motorised watersports including sailing, windsurfing and kayaks. Complimentary golf is available at the 18-hole Grand Coral Riviera Maya golf course (green fees are included but there is a local charge for premium tee times and mandatory golf carts). The Explorer's Club provides a fully supervised programme for children aged 3-12 yrs, including arts and crafts, games and movies on the beach, while the Core Zone for teenagers aged 13-17 yrs features nightly entertainment, daily activities and a vast array of sports and games.
"I stayed at Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa for a few nights recently and had a great time. The property is quite large, so there is a lot to do, and they have created lots of different areas to suit your mood or the type of break that you're after."
"The main bars, pools and beach tend to be quite lively areas, which are great for socialising or having a game of volleyball. There’s a great kids' club offering activities to suit young children and teenagers, but there is also an adults only pool which can be accessed by upgrading to the Preferred Club, which is quiet and relaxed, perfect if you’re after some chill-out time."
