Mauritius resort LUX* Grand Gaube has been completely reimagined and reinvented by famed interior designer and Dragon’s Den star, Kelly Hoppen, and Mauritian architect Jean-Francois Adam. The resort has been entirely remodelled to greet guests with an uninterrupted view of the Indian Ocean, whilst the natural setting has been carefully preserved.
Surrounded by tropical gardens with the melodies of birdsong and murmur of the ocean providing a relaxing soundtrack, this Mauritian resort will offer barefoot luxury in retro-chic surroundings. The 186 rooms, suites and villas have been redesigned and now boast fresh, modern and eclectic décor, each with sweeping views of the Indian Ocean.
We’re excited to sample the brand new restaurants including INTI, a Peruvian/Japanese fusion restaurant which is a first for the island of Mauritius. Of course, the resort will also feature the heavenly LUX* Me Spa which has been completely reimagined and features three pools offering cold, ambient and heated bathing experiences, as well as a steam room and sauna.
It’s not just the spa LUX* Grand Gaube will be offering in the way of rejuvenation, though; an entire hectare of land is devoted entirely to wellness and the Wellness Concierge will provide you with a bespoke programme tailored to your individual needs, whether that’s yoga or nutritional advice.
LUX* Grand Gaube will open at the end of 2017 – take advantage of our spectacular launch offer below:
