The Branson Estate is situated at the northeast tip of Moskito Island and enjoys the enviable position of being adjacent to the island’s recreational facilities. Decorated in a Balinese style, the estate is comprised of three beautiful villas which are cleverly connected by elevated walkways – this is the ultimate in barefoot luxury living. The estate sleeps up to 22 guests and enjoys direct access to its private beach which is the perfect spot for group gatherings and stargazing

Villas can be booked for Individual stays, or together for exclusive use. Each villa has a kitchen and living area, and a private infinity pool with hot tub.

Your booking at Moskito Island includes your own private chef with meals served in a variety of locations around the island, plus healthy snacks and seasonal fruit in your villa. All drinks and alcoholic beverages are also included. Every element of your stay can be personalised, and that includes tailor-made menus to suit any special dietary needs or preferences.

With steady trade winds, warm turquoise waters and beautiful walking trails criss-crossing the island, Moskito is the perfect playground to explore both on land and on water. There’s an endless list of activities to keep you busy or to help you relax during your stay. Moskito Island’s 125 acres are shared with a handful of homeowners, and there is a shared recreation area that includes an infinity pool, hot tub and swim-up bar, tennis pavilion and a watersports centre offering kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, snorkelling and more. Other waterports such as kite surfing are available at an additional cost. There is also a high-end fitness centre, and spa treatments are available in your villa on request. There are two beaches on island as well as a number of small coves dotted around the island to discover.
