Terms & Conditions

All prices are based on two adults sharing and, unless otherwise stated or for ocean cruises, include return scheduled flights, 7 nights’ accommodation, private transfers (shared for boat and seaplane) and the use of a UK airport lounge (where available).

Family prices are based on two adults and one child sharing. Pricing is based on travel in March or April 2020.

Special offers are applicable to hotels only, are available on selected travel dates and room types and must be booked by Saturday 29 February 2020, unless otherwise stated.

Displayed prices and special offers are correct at time of publishing but are subject to change and availability, and can be withdrawn at any time.

The £300 saving is applicable only to new bookings and enquiries with a value above £10,000 that include flights, a minimum of 7 nights’ accommodation and transfers.

All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. Any cruise-only, accommodation-only and any packages not including flights would not be ATOL protected.


Agent Incentive Terms & Conditions

For all agent incentives, bookings must be for a minimum of 7 nights including flights and transfers for 2 adults and made with Caribtours between 22 – 29 February 2020.

Each valid agent booking will be entered into the prize draw to win the prizes and will be announced following the sale period.

If a price match is being sought, Caribtours reserves the right to exclude the entry. Prizes are not transferable.

Full prize terms and conditions will be specified when the winner is announced.
