Accommodation

All 333 suites, including 88 swim-out suites with direct pool access, are decorated in a bright, contemporary style. All suites include air conditioning, private balcony with outdoor Jacuzzi (except the swim-out suites), flat screen TV with surround sound and Bluetooth, iPod dock, WiFi, Nespresso machine, mini bar, welcome bottle of mezcal and in-room safe. Upgrade to a Serenity Club suite for additional VIP amenities and a prime oceanfront location.

Restaurants And Bars

There are five restaurants, three snack bars and nine bars, including two swim-up pool bars. Flavours is the main buffet restaurant, while Satsu serves Asian fusion cuisine, Agua Bendita is a traditional Mexican-style steakhouse and Olios offers Mediterranean fine dining, with special Chef’s Tables featuring a gourmet tasting menu. Other options include ceviche and seafood specialities at Vora Mar and the casual Vistas snack bar by the pool. Moons is a lively after-dinner cocktail bar with regular entertainment, Limes is an American-style sports bar and Mocaccino is the place to grab a coffee and a pastry during the daytime.

Facilities

There are three pools, including the striking circular pool at the centre of the resort, and sporting facilities include a tennis court, beach volleyball, table tennis, yoga classes, jogging trails and watersports including Hobie Cat sailing and kayaking. The MySenses Spa features nine treatment rooms, sauna, steam room, giant Jacuzzi, dynamic pool circuit, beauty salon and a well-equipped fitness centre. Other activities on offer include cookery classes, Spanish lessons and a daily complimentary shopping tour to Playa del Carmen, and complimentary golf green fees at the nearby Cancún Country Club are included for stays of seven nights or more.
