208 spacious Junior, One and Two Bedroom Suites, set in low-rise villas, are surrounded by gardens and convey an understated elegance. Junior Suites can be either garden view or beachfront and include a terrace or balcony, satellite TV, mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities. All suites can comfortably sleep a family of four and two children under 16 yrs stay free when sharing with their parents. Palm Tree Court Suites offer more space, with a separate living room containing a sofa bed that converts into two single beds for the kids; these suites also have a PlayStation 3 and two generous bathrooms. Upgrade to a Royal Jasmine Junior Suite or One Bedroom Suite for a prime position close to the beach and receive a host of added benefits, including free return airport transfers, access to the Signatures Lounge and private Signatures Pool and free activities including one round of pistol or clay shooting and a dinner cruise per adult per stay. The 14 suites at The Residence, the most exclusive part of the resort, also include all of the above, plus feature an in-suite iPod docking station, DVD player, entertainment system, Nespresso machine and larger bathroom, as well as enhanced benefits such as three hours complimentary babysitting per week (for children over 12 months).
16 restaurants and bars await at JA Palm Tree Court and sister resort JA Jebel Ali Beach Hotel next door. The two main restaurants are La Fontana, serving Mediterranean and international cuisine, as well as a different themed buffet each evening, and White Orchid with its delicious Far Eastern delights, including a teppanyaki station and sushi counter. There is also The Anchor for beachside snacks, and further options including La Traviata, the Italian restaurant and Divaz the floating seafood restaurant.
Club Joumana includes a fitness centre, tennis, badminton and squash courts, there’s a championship standard 9-hole golf course and watersports including wakeboarding, kitesurfing and complimentary windsurfing, kayaking and dinghy sailing. Kids are well catered for with the Crèche (4 months - 4 yrs), complimentary CoolZone Kids’ Club (4-11 yrs) and ChillZone Teen Club. The 18-hole mini golf course and three beautiful pools also provide the ideal backdrop for family time.
