With 617 rooms, suites and villas, it’s worth talking to us about which of the different styles of accommodation would best suit your needs. All rooms offer panoramic ocean views, interactive LCD TV, complimentary WiFi and every modern amenity. We recommend the Ocean Superior room types, with their fresh beach chic decor, open-plan living/bedroom area with sofa bed and luxury bathroom featuring a separate bath and rain shower. Club Executive rooms and suites are an excellent option, providing access to either the Club Executive Lounge or the Premium Leisure Club (best for families with game stations and a kids’ playroom), where tea and coffee is available throughout the day, along with a daily happy hour, pre-dinner drinks and canapés. One, Two and Three Bedroom Ocean Suites also offer Club Lounge access and more space for families or larger groups. One and Two Bedroom Beit Al Bahar Villas have a more modern Arabian look and feature a separate living room and private garden, plus access to a private pool and a complimentary cabana at the exclusive Executive Pool.
No less than 19 restaurants and bars serve everything from traditional Arabian specialities and authentic Italian cooking, to Pan-Asian and Latin American cuisine. We particularly like the international themed buffets at Latitude, with options to satisfy the whole family, and the lively atmosphere at 360º Lounge & Bar, with its delightful views from the stylish rooftop terrace. More casual options include the beachfront La Veranda pizzeria and Ocean Blue, which is close to the pool and beach.There is also a Jamie’s Italian, serving delicious fresh pasta and authentic cuisine.
The resort has 6 pools, a beachfront gym and health club, 7 floodlit tennis courts, 3 squash courts and the complimentary Sinbad’s Kids’ Club for 2-12 yrs, with a children’s pool and extensive indoor and outdoor play areas. If you enjoy watersports, The Pavilion Dive Centre conducts a complimentary discover scuba experience, in which the resort’s PADI diving professionals introduce you to the basics in the resort pool, and if you like it, a range of PADI courses are offered. Windsurfing, waterskiing, sailing, kayaking and Hobie Cats are also available.
