With only 90 rooms and suites and four private Beachfront Villas, One&Only The Palm is one of the very rare boutique options in Dubai. Stay in the Manor House, at the heart of the resort and overlooking the main pool, or in one of six low-rise Mansions, steps from the private beach. All rooms and suites offer spacious and contemporary interiors, blending Moorish and Andalusian influences, and feature a private terrace or balcony. Marble bathrooms come complete with an oversized rain shower and free-standing bath, and room facilities include a flat screen TV, Nespresso machine and complimentary WiFi. Junior Suites offer additional space and some interconnect with Premier Rooms to create an ideal two-bedroom accommodation for families. Upgrade to a Palm Beach Pool Junior Suite for a private plunge pool fronting onto the beach, or choose an Executive Suite with a separate bedroom and living area as well as a private pool. The exclusive two-storey Beachfront Villas offer the ultimate in seclusion and service; each has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a separate living room and private swimming pool.

Three distinct dining experiences offer a variety of culinary creations from three Michelin-starred Yannick Alléno. Enjoy all-day dining at ZEST, where live cooking stations dish up a blend of Middle Eastern, Asian and Western cuisines, with an elegant backdrop of glass and crystal features. For a romantic evening, try the exquisite French-inspired menu at STAY by Yannick Alléno, the resort’s striking signature restaurant, guaranteed to impress with its contemporary black-and-white décor. To complete the trio, the over-water 101 Dining Lounge, at the resort’s private marina, has a menu of tapas, seafood and Mediterranean dishes, as well as a Champagne Bar for a pre-dinner apéritif.
