Executive chef Abram Bissell oversees seven restaurants and bars, with a real emphasis on fresh local produce, including ingredients from the hotel’s own hydroponic gardens. Kitchen Table is the main restaurant with an open kitchen, wood-burning oven and family-style dining, while Eventide is a feet-in-the-sand venue focusing on Caribbean flavours and Breezes is inspired by East Coast seafood classics and Marella serves modern Italian-inspired cuisine. D Richard’s, located at the golf club, specialises in steaks and has a well-stocked wine cellar which debuts in 2022.
