On Palm Beach on the northwest coast of Aruba, 20 minutes’ drive from the airport.

Accommodation

The resort comprises 411 rooms and suites, decorated in a simple but tasteful fashion, and boasting the largest hotel balconies in Aruba. All accommodation features air conditioning, flatscreen satellite TV, WiFi, walk-in wardrobe, tea/coffee making facilities, mini fridge and in-room safe. Upgrade to the adults only Tradewinds Club suites for a host of extra benefits, including access to an exclusive lounge, a dedicated beach area, meals and snacks throughout the day, upgraded room and bath amenities, concierge service, reserved parking space and complimentary cocktails every evening.

Restaurants And Bars

Tuck into prime cuts at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, succulent seafood at the beachside Atardi or Mediterranean sharing plates at Mercát, inspired by the cuisine of Spain, Italy, Lebanon and Greece. Sushi and sashimi are available at the Lobby bar, along with decadent cocktails and live entertainment, while the Gelato & Co. ice cream bar is open until midnight to satisfy those sweet late night cravings! There is also a bar at the H2Oasis Adults Only Pool, the Waves Bar & Grill at the main resort pool, and a Starbucks coffee shop.

Facilities

The main outdoor pool includes a separate kids’ pool, and there’s a whirlpool and the H2Oasis Adults Only Pool, where you can reserve a private cabana. The Balinese-style Mandara Spa has 12 treatment rooms and a sauna, and there is a fitness centre, tennis court and classes including yoga, zumba and aqua fitness. Watersports including snorkelling and stand-up paddleboarding are available at a cost on the beautiful beach, you can explore the island by catamaran or jeep tour, and the Tierra del Sol golf course is not far away. The 24-hour casino includes more than 25 gaming tables, and you can pick up fresh threads, jewellery, beach accessories and more at a selection of on-site boutiques

The Aruba Marriott enjoys a great location on Palm Beach, a two-mile strip of glorious white sand with plenty of lively bars and restaurants.
If you’re travelling without kids then we highly recommend the Tradewinds Club suites, an adults only ‘hotel within a hotel’ which includes access to a lounge where complimentary breakfast, midday snacks, afternoon tea, hors d’oeuvres and desserts are served daily. There is also a nightly cocktail hour!
The pop-up beach restaurant Atardi, which means ‘late afternoon’ in the local Papiamento creole, is a romantic spot for a seaside dinner, and specialises in fresh seafood.
Gelato & Co. is impossible to resist, open till late serving indulgent ice cream, including vegan and gluten-free options, as well as smoothies and açai bowls.
