The resort’s original 95 rooms, suites and beachouses have been reduced to 79 following the renovation which has seen some rooms combined into more expansive and luxurious suites. New accommodation categories include One Bedroom Pool Suites with private terraces and plunge pools and Two Bedroom Suites with a large living area, kitchenette and private patio. Ocean View Rooms are set in the gardens close to the beach whilst the larger Beach Front Rooms are on the beach and feature an outdoor garden shower. The impressive Rosewood Suites are ideal for families and boast an oversized bathroom and a spacious outdoor living area. The stunning Tree House Suites are on stilts close to the beach and feature a bedroom with king size bed, separate living room, large bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers and a spacious patio with daybed.
The open-air Pavilion Restaurant serves extensive buffet breakfasts and à la carte evening meals. The intimate Sugar Mill opens for dinner only and offers an elegant menu featuring a mixture of Caribbean flavours and modern, international cuisine. The brand new Bungalow is a relaxed al fresco restaurant with beautiful views of Little Dix Bay, serving a contemporary menu of light dishes for lunch and dinner. At the Pavilion Bar you’ll find classic cocktails and local favourites including the infamous ‘Painkiller,’ a BVI classic.
These include a beachfront swimming pool, 7 tennis courts, a fitness centre, table tennis, pool table, a PADI dive centre and complimentary non-motorised watersports including sailing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. A reef just off shore makes for some excellent snorkelling with hawksbill turtles spotted regularly. Sense, A Rosewood Spa is dramatically situated on the cliff edge and features both indoor and outdoor treatment areas and a two-tiered infinity pool with Jacuzzi. The excellent Rose Buds kids’ club offers an outstanding programme of supervised daytime and evening activities for children aged 3-12 yrs (a nominal fee applies to the evening programme only).
The resort will close for a 6-week seasonal closure from August 22 – October 01, 2021 and August 21 – October 13, 2022.
