Each day begins with a Champagne breakfast at Santoro restaurant, which features both indoor and outdoor seating with fantastic views, and serves exquisite Mediterranean cuisine with French flair, using traditional local products. The 363 Champagne Lounge is the place to be at sunset, and there’s regular evening entertainment.
