Located on the island of Skiathos in Greece, overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Accommodation

The resort is comprised of three separate hotels. The Elivi Xenia Hotel is set on the hilltop with views of the pine forest, and is comprised of 32 double rooms, each featuring showers with hydromassage systems and steam baths, and the Superior Double Rooms also feature private pools. The 11 Elivi Grace Suites are set on the beach with stunning ocean views. All rooms in this category feature private pools or hot tubs, with the exception of Double Supreme Deluxe Rooms which have direct access to the beach. The Elivi Nest Villas and Suites comprise 19 independent residences; the atmosphere is private and peaceful, with accommodations set above the beach amongst olive groves, with pathways leading to the ocean, or tucked in amongst the emerald vegetation.

Restaurants And Bars

There are three restaurants and six bars, including several venues on the beach. Xenia Restaurant serves generous breakfast buffets and á la carte lunches and dinners, whilst the Nest Pool Bar & Restaurant is a relaxed and stylish venue where menus feature fresh seafood and the catch of the day. Leda and the Swan Restaurant is a sophisticated fine dining venue serving international cuisine and award-winning sommelier-selected wines.

The four beautiful beaches are each equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, with beach service and watersports on offer. The resort’s two swimming pools, and private pools within the accommodations, are purified by electrolysis, without the use of chlorine. Other facilities include a tennis court which offers lessons for beginners, a basketball court, football field and boutique. The Elivi Spa by Elemis offers facial and body treatments, as well as an indoor pool, Hammam, sauna, fitness centre and hair and nail salon.
