The estate covers more than 378 acres, including olive and fruit tree groves surrounded by wild rolling hills full of cork oaks. 

The resort is sympathetic to its surroundings, with whitewashed walls, terracotta roofs and azulejo tiles, and there are 76 rooms and suites, plus 65 one and two bedroom residences which include a fully-equipped kitchen or kitchenette.

You have eight different restaurants and bars to choose from, with options including an all-day-dining venue, a café and patisserie, and a wine lounge where you can sample local wines, charcuterie and cheese. The Main Bar is the place for cocktails, Champagne and port, along with mouthwatering tapas, petiscos and tacos. 

Resort amenities include five pools, a fitness centre and kids’ club, plus The Spa by Viceroy, with eight treatment rooms, vitality pool, jacuzzi and Turkish Baths. Viceroy is right next to Ombria’s 18-hole golf course, and there’s plenty to do in the local area too - here, you can find a way of life in harmony with nature: cycling and hiking on trails and pathways, an organic farming area, honey harvesting and more.
