Jutting proudly out into the sea, Bodrum Castle cuts an imposing figure. Originally built by the Knights of St John in the early 15th Century, today the castle is home to the Museum of Underwater Archaeology which houses the world’s oldest excavated shipwreck along with a host of other sunken ancient and medieval ships.
