A 75-minute seaplane flight from Malé or 25 minutes by plane from Maafaru International Airport.

Accommodation

The resort features just 14 exclusive villas, both overwater and on the island, each with its own private pool and a bright, open design that immerses you in the natural beauty of your surroundings. All villas offer private access to either the lagoon or a stretch of white sandy beach, and each is served by a dedicated team comprising a Barefoot Guardian, Barefoot Assistant and personal chef. Every villa is equipped with a TV lounge, walk-in mini bar with wine fridge, Bose sound system, WiFi, private spa treatment room, master bedroom with retractable roof for stargazing, open-air ensuite bathroom with sunken bathtub, and a fully equipped gym. For those in the water villas, a curved water slide adds a playful touch.

Each villa comes with its own dedicated chef, and with all 14 chefs hailing from different countries, the culinary experiences here are as diverse as they are exceptional. Expect a blend of global flavours, from Japanese and Thai to Mediterranean, South American and Nordic, plus fresh produce from the resort’s organic garden. Dining highlights include Out of This World, a dining room, wine cellar and observatory, where you can zipline to an elevated terrace for a meal under the stars. The Living Room offers casual dining, a library and a games room, while So Primitive is a toes-in-the-sand experience where dishes are cooked over an open fire pit, and So Private is a unique floating dining experience with your personal chef preparing meals on a platform at sea, allowing you to explore the house reef between courses.

Facilities

Enjoy soothing treatments at the spa or in the privacy of your own villa, and greet each day with sunrise yoga or a group meditation session. Spend time marvelling at the stars at the observatory, or swim with manta rays and turtles on the spectacular house reef. The Marine Biology and Dive Centre has PADI-certified instructors, and you can also take to the water on a sunset dolphin cruise. The Den kids’ club offers a variety of nature-based activities for younger guests, and essentials such as cots and highchairs can be arranged in advance.
