WellFit Families at BodyHoliday, Saint Lucia

FUN FILLED SUMMER HOLIDAYS ARE HERE

From 2 July – 26 August 2017, BodyHoliday opens its doors to children aged 12 and over, creating the ultimate destination for an action-packed family holiday.

Included is a whole menu of possibilities, from beach boot camps instructed by Olympians, trying your hand at new activities like windsurfing or sailing, learning new skills in cookery classes or just simply relaxing with the daily spa treatments on offer. There are simply too many activities to list, but give us a call to discuss what your family could be doing at BodyHoliday this summer.

BodyHoliday Saint Lucia brings together the idea of enjoying a reviving tropical vacation and indulging in family time. WellFit Families offers a whole menu of possibilities, whether it’s experimenting with new activities, from learning to sail or windsurf to taking classes in yoga or cooking, exploring new sights on an island tour, a bike excursion or hiking through rainforest, or making a team sport out of volleyball or tennis. From beginning to end, it’s a week-long adventure designed to fit the whole family.

Basic sailing skills on our Hobie Cats, including sailing regattas
Parents vs. children competitions; volleyball and beach-a-thalons
Mother–daughter beauty bonding sessions in the wellness centre
