The Tranquility Spa lives up to its name with an enticing menu of treatments using local herbal infusions and organic products, and there is a yoga pavilion, outdoor pool and a beach terrace with plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas. Activities on offer include stand-up paddleboarding, snorkelling, nature walks, Caribbean cookery classes and seasonal art and photography workshops, and there is also a weekly cocktail party where you can mingle with staff and fellow guests.

The dining dress code is as follows: Breakfast and Lunch - Resort casual.  Bathing suits must be dry and covered. Lighthouse Restaurant: Casually elegant.  Please no beachwear, gym wear, t-shirts, cutoff shorts, or open-toed shoes (for gentlemen).  During peak season (24 December to 28 February) gentlemen must wear long trousers.  Outside of peak season, gentlemen may wear tailored shorts.
