I have two – Barbados for the people, the beaches and great restaurants and I also love the Maldives for the sheer escapism and gorgeous scenery.

Favourite Hotel
Raffles Seychelles where I recently spent my honeymoon. The location, scenery, food and service at this all villa hotel is sublime - perfect for my dream holiday.

Hobbies/Interests
Horse riding, travelling as often as possible, music, summer festivals and enjoying the London bar and restaurant scene.
