There are just 63 ocean facing suites and the interiors draw on warm, natural tones to create a calming atmosphere, accentuated by locally sourced artworks and handicrafts. Tuch de Luna is overseen by Mexican celebrity chef Martha Ortiz, while Estero by the multi-awarded chef Virgilio Martínez draws on both Mexican and Peruvian influences. Centli specialises in cuisine from the southern states of Mexico, and Lumbre looks to the smoky flavours of northern Mexico. There are also four bars, including a swim-up pool bar, plus a well-stocked wine cellar and the sweet delights of the Chocolatería, which are open 24/7 for guests to have the freedom to enjoy as they please.
