Destinations Visited in our Collection
Most of them, including the Caribbean, Clipper Cruise, Florida, Dubai, Italy, Seychelles, Mauritius, Costa Rica, South Africa.

Specialist Areas
Caribbean, Mexico, Florida, Dubai, Amalfi Coast, Capri, Seychelles, Mauritius, Costa Rica and South Africa.

Favourite Destination
I do not have a favourite destination, I love all of the Caribbean Islands. Recently I travelled to South Africa and was blown away with Cape Town and all that it has to offer in terms of natural beauty, sea life, history and dining out. I also love Greece, the food is great, the natural beauty of the country and the friendly people all makes for a perfect short getaway.

Favourite Hotels
I have more than one favourite hotel, depends on the time of year and who I am travelling with, I love so many so it's difficult to choose, but at the moment my favourite hotels are Montpelier Plantation & Beach in Nevis, it is quiet and peaceful in a great location on a wonderful island and the food is amazing. Castara Retreats is a gem in Tobago, it's small and romantic with amazing views over the small town of Castara and at the beach, we saw a group of stingrays swimming in the ocean from our room. GoldenEye in Jamaica is a firm favourite, it is stylish and funky with lots to see and do in and around the area, food is also fab.

Hobbies/Interests
Fringe Theatre, Cooking for family and friends (I do a mean roast dinner!), Volunteer work within my community.

Top travel tip?
Drink lots of gin, so the mozzies don’t eat you… or is it the quinine in the tonic that they have an aversion to?!

What was your most memorable holiday?
Costa Rica holds some lovely memories from drifting on the canals of Tortuguero and searching for wildlife to driving in the most beautiful countryside and experiences some wonderful hikes.

It’s funny but over the time I have been at Caribtours, I have been constantly changing my travel requirements from being single, then married, travelling with family to now back to travelling to more obscure places with older children, so I have experienced a wide range of places with most travel hats!

What is the best thing about your job?
Selling some of the most beautiful destinations and hotels in the world.

If you won the lottery tomorrow, what would you do with the money?
Buy a house in the Caribbean.
