Restaurants And Bars

The open-air restaurant on site, Zing Zing, is located within the gorgeous forest-lined clifftop with awe-inspiring views over the sea and Tibay Beach. Whilst your villa kitchen will be pre-stocked with your favourite foods that you can cook yourself, there's also the option to include a private chef for a truly luxurious experience. An organic breakfast basket will also be pre-stocked and replenished every morning, included in the price.

Fiona's View

OUR Dominica SPECIALIST

"Sustainability is key to the ethos of Secret Bay, with an emphasis on responsibly-sourced building materials, water conservation and energy efficiency - the hotel also supports local villages via its Community Development Fund."

"We love that the restaurant, Zing Zing, has a 'no menu' ethos, so that every dining experience is different and utilises seasonal, local fresh ingredients."

"An affinity with nature doesn’t have to mean living in the stone age, and Secret Bay is testament to this - the resort has some of the most impressive in-room tech we’ve ever encountered, including your own iPhone and Apple TV."

Half Moon

Jamaica

"You’ll be following in some very famous royal footsteps when you check in at this iconic hotel - the Queen, Prince Charles and Prince Harry have all enjoyed Half Moon’s legendary Jamaican hospitality."

"With 400 acres to explore, the best way to get around Half Moon is by bike - the pedal-back brakes take a bit of getting used to but they’re great fun once you’ve got the hang of it."

"At 65 years old, Half Moon might be getting on a bit, but she still likes to look her best - the Sugar Mill Restaurant and lobby area were refurbished last year and the soon-to-be-open East Cove will feature two new restaurants, three bars, an adult-only swimming pool, swimming lagoon and much more."
