Set on the soft sands of the island’s platinum west coast, the house is an award-winning adult only all-inclusive hideaway, renowned for its 24/7 personalised ambassador service. The public spaces exude a relaxed beach house feel and the boutique spa places the emphasis here on enjoying peace and relaxation. The 34 rooms and suites all feature a spacious balcony or terrace. Junior Suites have a comfortable sitting area and have views of the gardens or the beach and the Caribbean Sea beyond. Ocean View Junior Suites include a one-hour welcome massage as well as upgraded in-room amenities. The extensive all-inclusive will delight guests with dining extras such as Champagne breakfasts, afternoon tea and evening canapés. Enjoy the little touches such as daily beach services including ice cream, cold towels or hydramist spray, and fruit. There’s also a fitness centre and spa with two treatment rooms offering a selection of therapies. After significant renovations during 2024 that saw The House join the Autograph Collection, we are sure new and repeat guests alike will love the upgraded design.

Directly adjacent to sister hotel Tamarind, on the west coast.

Accommodation

The 34 rooms and suites all feature air conditioning, a flat screen TV, iPod docking station, mini bar, espresso machine, spacious balcony or terrace, and state-of-the-art bathroom with rain shower and body jets. Junior Suites feature a comfortable sitting area and have views of the gardens or the beach and Caribbean Sea beyond; some Ocean View Junior Suites are located on the ground floor with a patio and direct access to the lawn leading to the beach. The more spacious One Bedroom Suites have a separate living room and views of the pool, garden or ocean. One Bedroom Garden View Suites overlook the courtyard garden and some feature a private plunge pool. One Bedroom Ocean View Suites have two bathrooms and two balconies overlooking the ocean.

 

Restaurants And Bars

All-Inclusive all-day dining is served on The Deck, including the daily champagne breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening canapes, whilst the upper-deck bar is the perfect place to enjoy a sunset cocktail overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Private Cabana Beach Dining and Room Service is available upon request. Plus, as part of the Marriott Barbados offering, all guests can participate in the “Taste of Elegance” dine around programme with select sister properties, providing access to over 15 restaurants and bars.

Facilities

These include a beachfront swimming pool, Jacuzzi, fitness centre and a spa with two treatment rooms offering a selection of massage and beauty therapies. You’ll enjoy a daily beach service which includes ice cream, cold water and fruit. There’s a wide range of complimentary watersports including waterskiing, sailing, windsurfing and kayaking at sister hotel, Tamarind, just next door, and  Tennis (at Crystal Cove or Colony Club). Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property.  There is also a daytime water taxi between select west coast Marriott Hotels (weather permitting).
