The resort’s 26 suites and selection of villas are lavishly decorated with marble and dark woods. TIDES BAR + GRILL serves the very best from both land and sea, using locally sourced ingredients including the freshest catches-of-the-day, all in a stunning oceanfront dining room, or al fresco under the stars when the weather allows. If you’re longing to disconnect, then Castaway is the concept for you, a restaurant without walls, just tell the team what you would like, when and where. They can provide some sample menus, but the talented chefs will create personalised dining experiences just for you. The Lagoon Café is an elegant beach house style bar and restaurant, it’s open all day serving Mediterranean-inspired seafood and tapas. Asianne is the breakfast spot, serving international favourites alongside local flavours such as soursop juices, sea moss smoothies and saltfish. The Pool Bar is a relaxed venue, overlooking the infinity pool and beach and Turtles Bar is a Hamptons-esque lounge, great for pre- and post-dinner drinks. The hotel is part of a 1200-acre estate community - Grenadines Estate - where two additional restaurants and Bellini’s bar are just a short golf cart drive away and guests can easily charge back to their suite or villa.
