Many are located within brilliant white blocks that seem to float above the water where floor-to-ceiling windows light up the chic, pared back interiors. You have five dining venues to choose from, including Casero the main restaurant, offering traditional Mexican cuisine, while Cielomar is a rooftop bar that serves wood-fired pizzas, seafood and flame-grilled steaks, and Nido is a Mexican/Japanese fusion concept housed within a spectacular upturned nest structure surrounded by water. There are five pools, including beachfront infinity pools that seem to blend almost seamlessly with the surrounding water features and an adults only rooftop pool. There’s also the Generation V kids’ club, a fantastic spa and top of the range fitness Centre by celebrity fitness guru Harley Pasterna.
