Accommodation

With over 2,000 rooms and suites, there’s a wide range of options to choose from. All rooms are air conditioned and comfortably furnished with a private balcony or terrace (many with hammocks), marble flooring, double Jacuzzi, smart TV with streaming via Google Chromecast® and mini bar.

The resort is divided into three main areas with Caribtours guests accommodated in either the Sunrise or Nizuc sections; Sunrise is a bit livelier and is closer to the main pool area, whilst Nizuc is more tranquil, better suited to families with young children or those who prefer a bit of peace and quiet. Deluxe Rooms have views of the gardens whilst the Superior Deluxe Rooms have garden or ocean views.

Teppanyaki Tables in Momo are very popular and offer one of the best Asian cuisines in Cancun (reservations required). The resort’s 12 bars will ensure you are kept refreshed around the clock.
