Anse Chastanet in Saint Lucia, Blue Waters in Antigua, One&Only in Los Cabos, Milaidhoo in The Maldives. The list goes on and on!

Top travel tip?
Relax and enjoy it in real time, not through a phone lens – get out and explore and tip when you receive great service.

What was your most memorable holiday?
Too many for so reasons but I would have to say getting married in Antigua. I also did a South African safari with my mum and son which was also very special.

Favourite cocktail?
Rum Sour which I have perfected myself and can shake up as required!
